透天厝地樑深度

透天厝若為筏式基礎時，要特別注意地樑深度。

舉例說明：

原土層為農田，比道路低 40cm

建築物一樓高程要比路面高 50cm

向下開挖深度 50cm

PC混凝土厚度 10cm

地樑深度=40+50+50-10=130
